PROCESS AND COMMUNICATION
1. To ensure a smooth experience throughout your commission process, please provide all necessary information about your character or piece without omitting any important details.
2. Carefully complete my commission information form and be honest about your feelings and opinions during the process of me working on your piece.
3. I will spend only one day per stage of your commission, meaning there will be no infinite revisions at each stage. Be clear with what you want tweaked or changed each time to save both of us time. I won't take any dislikes about the piece personally; my goal is your complete satisfaction with the final art.
CANCELS AND REFUNDS
You will be eligible for a refund of your reservation if:
1. You notify me as soon as possible that you are unable to complete the commission.
2. The character or overall idea is beyond my comfort zone.
3. No response is received regarding the completion of payment for a reservation by Saturday night prior to the work week. In this case, your spot will be offered to someone else, and you will be contacted for re-booking or cancellation.

You will not be eligible for a refund of your reservation if:
1. You do not respond to any of my attempts to contact you.
2. There is no one available to take your spot.
3. You express dissatisfaction with the final piece. Ample revisions are offered during the creative process to ensure satisfaction, and there are sufficient examples of my work to provide a clear expectation of the final product. Therefore, dissatisfaction not related to specific issues with my art is not grounds for a refund.
